Latin Patios have developed planting schemes for small homes, cottages and apartments by the sea. Perhaps you own a second home or a holiday let, each of our schemes takes into consideration the location, budget, and local condition to make maintenance both manageable and easy to care for all year round.
Our Planting types can be bought packaged or purchased individually and include beautiful containers for entrance halls, driveways or decking that leads out to the beach.

Rooftop Living
New developments in the skyline above us have meant that gardening trends are changing in this space. Planting has developed into container gardening, hardy plants allowing a wonderful planting scheme in adverse city conditions. Container gardening is one of our key areas of expertise and we offer the very best in bespoke containers and planting to compliment any space. Projects to date have taken us to London and Poole Harbour.
Our favourite cities here at Latin Patios are New York and Palma Mallorca; these cities and their local inhabitants lead the way in balcony, rooftop and virtually any small outside space, with elaborate, beautiful and ornate planting. These cities are followed closely by Londoners who now sees the value of entertaining and enjoying time spent in their outdoor space all year round, some bringing part of the interior outdoors, others using it to relax leaving behind a busy urban lifestyle.

Urban Landscapes
We are all becoming more interested in the space that surround us day to day, whether it's a journey to work or a small path that leads to the shops. We feel that it's just as important to contribute a part of nature through planting in these areas, particularly across cityscapes and urban areas where space is often limited.
Shopping, Dining and social recreation areas are becoming more important to us all, these spaces and places are usually areas where we spend lots of weekend down time. Our desire here at Latin Patios is to compliment these spaces with plants that soften concrete, hide ugly buildings, compliment architecture or generally make our local surroundings a better place to tread the path of life.
We are looking for local councils, corporate companies, and private land owners who want to make a change. Our Urban Planting Scheme has some of the best ideas and solutions to compliment budgets and your ideas for your staff, local residents or work community.
After all there is more to planting than summer hanging baskets.

• Plants act like an air filter, removing carbon dioxide and some of the harmful toxins given off by modern office equipment and synthetic materials.
• Plants give off oxygen, making people more alert; as a result, they work more efficiently.
• Plants make the atmosphere more humid, reducing common reasons for absenteeism, such as tickly coughs and flu like symptoms.
• Plants have psychological benefits. We are happier, less stressed and more productive in a greener, more natural environment.
